Setting Goals

 I spent the end of 2020 setting goals for 2021 and then not really following through:

1. 1/2 marathon - I had a lot of reasons and/or excuses to fail at this.  

  • I went through a slew of injuries:  
    • tendon in my foot
    • IT band 
  • COVID in July caused a severe back and hip pain that I'm still dealing with
  • Pure laziness 
2. Quit smoking - I did pretty good until May but then camping and bumming one here and there led me        back to being a smoker. 

3. Maintain workout routine 

4. Yoga - meditation - 3 days a week 

5. Run - 3 days a week

2022 - I still need to tackle the the list above 

           New Year's resolution - no TV until 7:30pm on weekdays.  

            Something small that should have an impact on my motivation.
