I spent the end of 2020 setting goals for 2021 and then not really following through:
1. 1/2 marathon - I had a lot of reasons and/or excuses to fail at this.
- I went through a slew of injuries:
- tendon in my foot
- IT band
- COVID in July caused a severe back and hip pain that I'm still dealing with
- Pure laziness
3. Maintain workout routine
4. Yoga - meditation - 3 days a week
5. Run - 3 days a week

2022 - I still need to tackle the the list above
New Year's resolution - no TV until 7:30pm on weekdays.
Something small that should have an impact on my motivation.
